cult Bootcamp is a 6-week weight loss program that combines fun group workouts and personalised nutrition guidance to guarantee 2-5 kgs of weight loss. I was responsible for defining a visual Identity for the program, and extending it across physical and digital touchpoints.
I utilised a measuring tape as a key visual element to symbolise weight loss and body transformation, a straight-forward approach that ensured a clear representation of the program's goals.






Scaling from 1 to 200 centres required integrating the bootcamp into the cult.fit app for a seamless user experience. I explored ways to enhance this experience by fostering a stronger sense of commitment and healthy competition among users, while ensuring they had a clear, real-time view of their progress throughout their weight-loss journey.
